PMK Group is an international engineering and construction company founded in 2001. PMK Group offices, based in Germany, Spain and Switzerland, enable us to perform worldwide and to keep our competences up to date. We adopt best engineering and management practices to unique local project features.
History
2001 – PMK Group was founded by Oleg Matershev SR. Company provided complicated engineering solutions as general contractor. PMK Group made significant development in infrastructure with its first projects, among which were schools, hospitals, health and recreation centers as well as volcanic turbines.
2007 – Fusion with MaMa Consulting AG: Consulting for Reorganization and Real Estate Development, Real Estate Trade, with the headquarter in Sarnen, Switzerland.
2010 – Fusion with Greenhouse Solar Power Management GmbH: Construction and operation of solar energy plants in Germany and Italy with headquarter in Stuttgart, Germany.
2015-2016 – Restructuring of PMK Group activities, further company’s reorganization.
May 2017 – Change of the founders, Handover by Oleg Matershev and Linus Mast.
